These terms apply to orders placed through cortitron.cc.

The product

CortiTron is a food supplement, not a medicine. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or being treated for a condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first. Keep out of reach of young children and do not exceed the stated daily dose.

Ordering

Submitting the form is a request to be called back, not a completed purchase. A consultant calls you to confirm the product, the price, the delivery address and the delivery window. The contract is concluded only when you confirm the order on that call.

Price and payment

The price shown on each product page is the total price for one pack, including VAT where applicable. Payment is on delivery, in cash or as agreed with the courier. No prepayment is requested on this website, and we never ask for card details in the order form.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by a local courier and normally takes a few working days after the confirmation call. The consultant tells you the expected window for your address.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons are excluded once the seal is broken. To withdraw, contact us at the address below before the deadline expires.

Liability

We are liable under the applicable statutory rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
