Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data CortiTron collects through cortitron.cc, why we collect it and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The operator of cortitron.cc. For any privacy question write to privacy@cortitron.cc; we answer within 30 days.
What we collect
We only ask for what is needed to call you back and deliver an order:
- Name and phone number that you type into the order form.
- The page the order was sent from, so the consultant knows which product you chose.
- Your IP address and browser user agent, recorded automatically with the request.
- Campaign parameters from the link you arrived through (utm_*, click id).
Why we use it
To contact you by phone, confirm the order and arrange delivery. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To protect the service from duplicate and abusive submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
Order data is passed to the fulfilment network that operates the call centre and delivery for this product (AdCombo, api.adcombo.com), and from there to the local courier. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Your phone number is stored in a short-lived duplicate-protection store for 24 hours. Order records are kept by the fulfilment partner for as long as accounting and warranty obligations require.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may:
- Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased, or restrict how it is processed.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
